Furthermore, with your explicit consent (such as subscribing to the Journal), we may utilize your contact details to distribute curated design insights, firm updates, and relevant marketing communications. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning our clients.

4. Data Protection and Cybersecurity

If you vehemently disagree with any stipulation detailed herein, you are advised to cease usage of our platform and services immediately.

2. Scope of Consultations and Contracting

Initial digital inquiries and preliminary walkthroughs do not constitute a formal architectural or construction contract. A binding relationship is only established upon the mutual signing of a customized, project-specific "Master Services Agreement" (MSA). A2Z House Care reserves the unmitigated right to decline project requests that fall outside our aesthetic purview, geographic capabilities, or operational capacity.

3. Financial Stipulations

All project estimates provided prior to the MSA are provisional and subject to market fluctuations regarding raw materials (e.g., imported stone, custom millwork, advanced technology hardware). Formal payment schedules, including non-refundable design retainers and progressive construction milestones, will be explicitly detailed in your MSA. Late disbursements may incur compound interest penalties as legally permitted by state statutes.

4. Timelines and Force Majeure

While A2Z House Care operates with precision regarding project timelines, we acknowledge that bespoke luxury A2Z House Caretions are subject to unforeseen variables. The Studio shall not be held liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events, which include but are not limited to: global supply chain disruptions for imported materials, extreme weather anomalies, labor strikes, or sudden alterations in municipal zoning and permitting regulations.

5. Warranties and Liability Limitations

A2Z House Care prides itself on enduring craftsmanship. Structural and labor warranties are provided as explicitly defined in your final handover documentation. However, we do not arbitrarily assume liability for damages resulting from client misuse, third-party tampering post-handover, or pre-existing structural decay hidden within the original architecture. Our maximum aggregate liability shall under no circumstances exceed the total monetary value remitted to the Studio under the specific MSA.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of a dispute arising from these terms or the execution of our services, both parties agree to pursue mandatory, good-faith mediation prior to initiating formal litigation. Should mediation fail, binding arbitration shall take place within the principal jurisdiction of A2Z House Care's headquarters, utilizing the commercial arbitration rules of a recognized, neutral regulatory body.

7. Intellectual Property

All architectural sketches, 3D renderings, and proprietary design layouts produced by A2Z House Care remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Studio until full financial remittance is achieved. The Studio reserves the right to capture and utilize generalized, non-identifiable photography of completed projects for portfolio and editorial purposes, unless expressly forbidden via an executed NDA.
